Member of the Board of Directors of SLOVNAFT since May 2022, Senior Vice President of MOL Group Downstream Development since December, 2020

Krisztián Pulay graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2003 as MSC., Mechanical Engineer and in 2006 as Engineer-Economist from Budapest Corvinus University.

He started his career in 2003 in a Budapest based Dutch engineering company. He joined MOL in 2006 as Project manager in Danube Refinery’s Investment team. In 2010 he was promoted to Head of Project Management Pool. Between 2012 – 2016 he worked in Croatia in various positions in INA Investment; first as Investment Expert Pool Manager then Director of Upstream Investment Department, later Director of Investment Management Department. He returned to MOL Group in 2016 and started to work as Head of Group Project Management. In 2017 he was appointed Director of MOL Group Investment while between 2019 – 2020 he also acted as Chief Executive Officer of Olajterv Engineering Ltd.
