A graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Slovak University of Technology, she joined Slovnaft in 1998. She started as a laboratory technician at the Technical Service of Polyolefins (TSPO), later she was a officer at the Economics and Production Planning and a officer at Operation. After being elected to a vacant position in the ECHOZ Union, she holds the position of Vice President of this trade union organization.
