VLADIMÍR KESTLER

Member and deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of Slovnaft since May 2022

Vladimír Kestler graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava in 1986 with a specialization in Systems Engineering and in 2011 he completed his doctoral studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava.

Since 1986 he has worked for OMNIA in the field of exports and since 2007 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OMNIA HOLDING SE.

From 2010 to 2017 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Slovnaft and from 2017 to 2022 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of MOL a.s.

Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EOSA, the Agency for Petroleum Reserves and Reserves of Petroleum Products of the Slovak Republic.

Vladimír Kestler is also the Honorary Consul General of the Kingdom of Sweden in Slovakia, Vice President of the Republican Union of Employers, Member of the Board of the University of Economics in Bratislava and Member of the Supervisory Board of SOPK.
