TThis year marks the 18th time when we are once again launching one of the most exciting regional graduate programs – the Growwwer program. This prestigious, one-year long program allows a diverse pool of talent – hopefully including you – to kickstart their career at one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading, most stable energy companies, while working on solutions that take the region further and advance mobility, energy and sustainability.

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THE GROWWW PROGRAMME?
- A senior mentor during your year who will help you through the program.
- Zúčastníš sa podujatia s názvom Onboarding Day. Je to skvelá príležitosť spoznať ostatné Growwwáčky a Growwwákov a navyše tu stretneš osobnosti z top manažmentu Skupiny MOL. Zaujíma ťa, ako to tam vyzeralo minulý rok? Pozri si video.
- A proper onboarding, including an Onboarding Day getting to know the company and your colleagues. In addition, you will meet top management of the MOL Group. Curious what it looked like there last year? Watch the video.
- Live and online trainings, focusing both on your professional and personal skills development.
- You'll also get to go into the production area and, together with the other Growwwers, you'll get to look at selected units.
- A Team Task Competition, offering plenty of teamwork opportunity.

OPEN GROWWW POSITIONS:
- Accountant – we will explain our financial and business processes to you, you will be actively involved in projects at local and group level from an accounting perspective (in English), you can develop your innovative ideas in the field of process optimization and apply your knowledge in practice
- Business Partner for Finance – you will participate in the preparation of analyses and reports from our internal systems, you will be actively involved in projects in different phases of implementation from a financial perspective and you will get the opportunity to expand your knowledge from school and the opportunity to apply it in practice.
- Application Support Specialist – in the IT department your role will be to provide support for the development, implementation, analysis and deployment of change and development requirements, together with incident resolution, in systems such as O365, SQL, Sharepoint, Power BI or other internal systems used in the Slovnaft Group.
- IT Asset Management team member – together with others from the MOL Group, you will manage several thousand IT endpoint devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, computers, scanners, printers, video conferencing, etc.), their inventory, lifecycle management and usage analysis. You will improve your problem-solving skills, learn about the strategic goals of MOL IT & Digital GBS and actively participate in international projects of the MOL Group.
- Junior Market Scheduler – you will participate in ensuring communication between SLOVNAFT,a.s and the client, process tasks related to inventory planning and optimization of inventory management in Slovakia.
- Customer Care Specialist – you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers, learning how to use our ERP systems, day-to-day activities related to orders - export/import throughout the supply chain.
- Planner in MaR and Electro – You will learn how to ensure reliable and safe operation of selected technological equipment, how to plan properly, what preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance means and how to apply your knowledge from your studies in practice.
