In case you are invited to a MOL Group Sourcing Event, you will receive the Event invitation in you SAP Ariba Network Supplier Account. Upon login, you will complete the forms, attach required documents and submit your answer.

QUESTIONNAIRE

Complete the qualification questionnaire you received using the link from MOL Group’s notification and submit the form.

Attach required documentation in Financial, Legal and Antifraud areas e.g. certificates.

FILL OUT ADDITIONAL
QUESTIONNAIRES

You may receive additional questionnaires required for your qualification, depending on the categories of materials/services sourced e.g. HSE related.

Complete these questionnaires, attach required certificates and submit the form.

YOUR QUALIFICATION
IS APPROVED

MOL Group Procurement will notify you by email if your qualification has been approved or rejected.

You may receive requests for additional information from MOL Group Approvers.
